One of my favorite memories of my Uncle Ben was how much he loved fudge. Every holiday or family get together I would make my parents detour to a gift or chocolate shop to pick up a box. I remember one year in elementary school we had a mini pop-up Christmas shop, and I asked for extra money so I could buy the home fudge kit for Uncle Ben.
