Obituary of Joseph T. Gaul

Joseph T. Gaul, 85, of West Windsor, passed away on Monday, June 26, 2023, at Penn Medicine Princeton Medical Center in Plainsboro, NJ.

Born in Woodbridge, NJ, Joe was a graduate of Saint Mary's High School, Class of 1955, where he was active in sports and theater. 

Joseph “Joe” was an honorably discharged veteran who served in the U.S. Army and U.S. Army Reserves. Upon returning from serving his country, Joe was employed with Van Nostrand Reinhold and International Paper Company in Human Resources and Labor Relations.

Joe was a lifetime member of the Knights of Columbus #857 in Woodbridge.  He was also an avid historian and gardener and enjoyed his skill of Day trading in his retirement.

Predeceased by his parents, Joseph and Mary (Syko) Gaul; and his brother, Thomas Gaul; he is survived by his wife of 56 years, Sandra A.Gaul; his daughters, Susan Gaul and Melissa Gaul; and Anthony Capozzi and family.

Visitation for family and friends will be held on Monday, July 3, 2023, from 9:45 a.m. until 10:15 a.m. at Simplicity

Funeral and Cremation Services at Glackin Chapel, 136 Morrison Ave., Hightstown, NJ.

Committal prayers and Interment will be held on Monday, July 3, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. at Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Wrightstown, NJ.
