Obituary of Laurie A. Willis

Laurie A. Willis, 53, of Hightstown, NJ, passed away on Monday, January 14, 2019, at Compassionate Care Hospice at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in Hamilton, NJ.

Born in Newark, NJ, Laurie has been a resident of Hightstown since 1997.  She was employed at Barnes and Noble Distribution Center for 28 years as a Traffic Coordinator for the shipping and receiving department.  Laurie was a lover of all things “Tweety Bird” and enjoyed visits to Long Beach Island and Myrtle Beach.  Above all else, Laurie was extremely passionate about her family and loved them dearly.

Predeceased by her parents, Albert J., Sr. and Dolores (August) Motyka; she is survived by her husband of 29 years, Harold “Dean” Willis, Jr., of Hightstown; her two sons, Kyle D. Willis and his girlfriend, Hannah Walters of Philadelphia, PA and Daniel L. Willis, of Hightstown, NJ; her siblings, Albert J. Motyka, Jr. of Orlando, FL, John Motyka of East Windsor, NJ, Michael Motyka of Harpers Ferry, WV, Robert Motyka, Sr., of Browns Mills, NJ, Stephen Motyka of East Windsor, NJ, Donna Burgess of Monmouth Junction, NJ, Anna Feinour of Hightstown, NJ, and Karol Dushok of Barnegat, NJ; 18 nieces and nephews and many loving family members.

Cremation services will be private.
