My family got to know Joanne from the hightstown diner. We all enjoyed talking to her and having lunch or breakfast together and she always made us laugh. I asked her if she wanted to help me at the fire museum and she was so happy to help. We will all truly miss her wit, and kind heart. Sundays at the diner will never be the same. Our condolences to her family.

Joanne was really one in a million - we shared so many laughs! Her constant positive attitude was truly an inspiration. She fought the good fight for so many years, but rarely complained. Rest in peace, dear friend, you have run the race and now you're home. We will miss you and your quick smile. Tom & Carol Bateman
